To have the best shopping experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always recommended to size up when completing online purchases. At checkout, please review and confirm the correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping, address, and payment information to prevent errors. Kurvaceous Kurves is not responsible for incorrect selections or information made by the purchaser. Once an order is placed no changes can be made.
How Do You Accept Payments?
KKC uses PayPal, Sezzzle, and AfterPay. All information is kept safe and confidential.
What is Sezzle?
Sezzle is an online payment platform that allows you to pay for your order through 4 small installment payments, spread over six weeks., rather than paying the full amount at once. Sezzle is 100 % secure and does not charge you interest on your payments.
What is AfterPay?
AfterPay is a service that allows you to make purchases now, and pay for them in four (4) payments every two (2) weeks without any interest or hidden fees. When checking out, follow the normal checkout process. When you get to “Payment Method,” click “Choose AfterPay.” AfterPay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every two weeks and equal installments from the selected payment method.
We do not offer any refunds. Any questions regarding payments should be addressed with Sezzle or AfterPay.
What If My Order is Lost in the Mail
KKC will not be held accountable for orders lost in the mail, incorrect spelling, incorrect addresses, or refused packages. Tracking numbers can be tracked via email, Facebook messages, and Instagram direct messages.
How Long Does it Take an Order to Ship?
All items will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. If orders come in over the weekend or holidays, please expect a 2-3 day delay.
